ONDA Nile (ondanile.com) is a public archive of audio and transcript content operated by ONDA, based in Austin, Texas. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Content in the Archive

Content in ONDA Nile is submitted by presenters, speakers, and curators who represent that they have the right to share it. ONDA processes submitted content to generate transcripts, tags, and synopses. Downloaded content is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated by the content creator.

3. Content from YouTube

Some content in ONDA Nile is derived from publicly available YouTube videos. ONDA processes this content under fair use principles for educational and personal use. All original copyright remains with the original creator. If you are a content owner and believe your material has been included in error, contact us at david.richardson@ondareplay.com and we will remove it promptly.

4. Curator Program

Curators who submit content to ONDA Nile agree that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party rights. Compensation arrangements, where applicable, are governed by a separate written agreement.

5. No Account Required

Browsing ONDA Nile does not require an account or personal information. Downloading content requires ONDA Replay, a separate application available on iOS and Android.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from ONDA Nile without written permission. You may not use the site in any way that disrupts its operation or violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

ONDA Nile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ONDA is not responsible for the accuracy of content submitted by third parties. We limit liability for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
